Assignment A: Working on a scaffold

Situation:

The scaffolds have been installed by trainee scaffolding builders. 20 markers have been applied to the scaffold to explain the situation to the students.

Assignment:

Assess whether the scaffolds are safe to use for working above the tank. It is possible that mistakes have been made in erecting them. Note 10 safety risks (note the relevant number) on the sheet. Discuss your conclusion with the instructor.
